Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth in a joint proclamation on Friday reported that they are seeking legal separation. The two offer one child – Tennessee James. “We have an individual news to share… It is with a lot of care and thought that we have pursued the hard decision to separate. We have partaken in such countless magnificent years together and are pushing ahead with profound love, generosity and common regard for all that we have made together,” they said.

“Our biggest need is our child and our whole family as we explore this next section,” they added. “These issues are rarely simple and are very private. We genuinely value everybody’s regard for our family’s protection as of now.”
